Two floors of everything vintage and collectible. We offer Mid-Century, Arts & Crafts, Victorian and everything in between along with collectibles of all genres. We have shelves stacked with vintage textiles and a rack or two of select clothes and coats; we’re pretty picky on the clothing. Glassware, dishes, kitchenware and a brimming corner of tools and automotive. A wide variety of kitchen type chairs, small tables and a chest of drawers here and there. There’s a section for books and records and it’s hard to miss our jewelry cases. Looking for something specific? Just ask Deanna up at the register.
We’re sure you’ll notice our unique, ultra modern aluminum front spanning the second and third floors of our building. This “new” storefront was placed by the Charles Store in the 1960’s and really stands out in a downtown full of commercial Italianates! The Charles Store was a popular department store in its day. They outfitted all the Scouts in town with their uniforms. Many customers remember the cash box on a wire that the cashiers placed your money in and zipped it up to the balcony offices to get your change. Those days are gone, but you can still step back in time when you visit us at Ft. Defiance Antiques; just the next block from Ruby Rose and Cabin Feever.

This shop has a strong connection to Defiance’s vintage past. 100 years ago, we were the Harley’s Lion Store, one of the largest retailers in downtown Defiance. Here you can still see the prism glass transoms and walk the hardwood floors of old as you browse all the lovely furnishings we offer.
